Three large collage paintings created by Uri Feiner. Eretz Israel, 1947.
Paper, acrylic paint, colored paper and various pieces of wood. Dated; one of the paintings is signed.
Three large collage paintings depicting the building process of the Land of Israel. Builders, a building and trucks supplying equipment are portrayed in one work; in another – workers planting and dancing with a tent in the background. In the third painting workers are depicted constructing a building. The artist used a minimalistic design. The painting has no background details except for a reddish ground line. Depth is achieved through the zigzag perspective.
Uri Feiner graduated the Commercial Art department at the New Bezalel art academy, Jerusalem, in 1948. See: “Bezalel 100”, edited by David Tartakover and Gideon Ofrat, Volume 2, pp. 156; 213.

Size: 50X70 cm, good condition, moisture marks appear at lower right corner and on the tree. Glue remnants.

Pencil, ink and watercolor on paper. Ink-stamped on both sides: "Ze'ev Raban, workshop for industrial art (foremer Gur-Aryeh and Raban), Bezalel, Yerushalem".
On the leaf marked in pen "2", in the center - a blank horseshoe arch, surrounded by a vegetal pattern and peacocks. On the bottom of the leaf appears an image of a kneeling woman, picking and gathering flowers. The woman is dressed in a purple dress and wears a red head cover. On the reverse "3" – on this side of the leaf the sketch is in pencil only. In the center-a blank horseshoe arch, on the upper part – a bird and on the left side – a palm tree. On the right side appears a female figure dancing with a drum and on the left – a Yemenite boy looking at her. City houses and a water-tower are seen in the background.

Sketch for a three dimensional object, Obelisk-shaped, on a square base. In the center appears a drawing – relief of a man holding a walking cane and blowing a Shofar and the verse: "On that day he will blow a Shofar". Above the figure – a clock with Aleph-Beth letters instead of digits and the Zodiac signs in gold on blue background. A pair of gazelles – on top of the leaf. On the base - an urban image with the inscription "Rishon LeZion" and the Tower of David with the inscription "Yerushalem".

Inscribed around the temple, in an ancient Hebrew script "Yerushelm, Yehudah, 1934".
