Matzah plate, decorations after Ze'ev Raban. Italy, [second half of 20th century]. Cast Pewter; marked on the reverse: Handcrafted, Made in Italy.
Square plate, with embossed ornamentations, after the Haggadah title leaf drawn by Ze'ev Raban in 1925 (published only years later): the inscription "Matzah" appears on the upper part with the Pesach Sacrifice, on the sides are palm trees (with foliage on the sides) and a pair of sphinxes and on the lowers part pyramids. In the center is an image of the Haggadah text: "Va'Ye'anunu", the Exodus and Pharaoh's army.
