An illustrated poster, portraying a Jewish woman looking towards Palestine in the horizon. The poster was created, most probably, after World War I and towards the Paris Peace convention during which, among other topics, the future of Palestine (freed from Ottoman rule) was to be discussed. The poster calls to sign a petition supporting the main demands of the Jewish delegations committee that participated in the convention: ensuring national rights to the Jewish minority in different countries and establishing a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine.

Invitation to Purim festivities of the Ohel theater held in 1935 in the Levant Fair compound. Linocut in red and green. The illustration depicts Queen Esther riding the Flying Camel (symbol of the Levant Fair).
The Ohel theater organized Purim balls since 1929 and during the 1930s. For the event in 1935 the large hall of the "Totzeret HaAretz" pavilion in the Levant Fair was decorated by the best painters of the period, including Avigdor Steimatsky and Aryeh Elhanani.

The illustration depicts a pioneer holding a hoe and rolling up his sleeve, a Tower-and-Stockade settlement and a tractor plowing a field in the background. The caption "A Nation Reborn on its Soil" is printed at the upper part of the poster and the caption "Jewish National Fund, 111 Fifth Avenue N.Y." is printed at the bottom.
In the catalogue "Otte Wallish: The Face of Land and Nation" (an exhibition catalogue of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, 2015, p. 58), appears a poster, dated 1939, with an identical illustration and the Hebrew caption "Jewish National Fund."

The important book by the Hebraist and scholar Johannes Buxtorf (1564-1629), explaining Talmudic abbreviations. At the end of the book is a bibliography of about 300 works from the Literature of the Sages, an index of abbreviations appearing in the Mishna, a short review of the history of the Talmud and other parts.
[8] leaves, 335 pp, 16.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains. Creases. Folding marks to corners and blemishes. Tear to margins of title page and open tear to one leaf. On the inside of the front binding are handwritten notes (in Hebrew, Arabic, Greek and other languages). Worn and damaged binding, with tears to spine, corners and margins.
