Five printed fabrics, with illustrations and prayers for the Sabbath, holidays and festivals. Jerusalem [early to mid-20th century]. Some of the prayers are printed in Yiddish-Teitsch.
1. For Sabbath and festivals. Printed in the printing press of Abraham Moses Luncz, Jerusalem. With illustrations of the Holy Sites and of a leopard, eagle, deer and lion (cf. the saying in Pirkei Avot).
2. For Passover. Solomon Press, Jerusalem. Printed on behalf of Kollel Shomrei HaChomot, on bright pink fabric.
3. For Sabbath and festivals. Goldberg Press, Jerusalem. Printed on behalf of Kollel Chibat Yerushalayim of the Galician Community.

Embroidered tablecloth. [Iraq, first decades of the 20th century].
Gilt silk thread embroidery on cotton.
Round tablecloth. In the middle is a symmetrical embroidered decoration in vegetal motifs, surrounded by a bouquet of leaves and flowers. Four hands (hamsas) separate the central decoration from the line of text, also embroidered in a round form: "The angel who has redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and in them let my name be perpetuated, Ben Porat Yosef Ben Porat Alei Ayin…" [Hebrew]. The external framework also features a vegetal motif.
Approx. 78X75 cm. Good condition. Some stains. Traces of red threads on margins and in the center (perhaps from beads or other ornaments that were sewn onto the margins or the center).
Compare Iraqi Sabbath tablecloth in the Israel Museum collection, no. B94. 0522.

Cotton and colorful embroidery threads.
This ornament, prepared especially for Passover, was embroidered by hand in a dense vegetal and geometric pattern, with embroidered birds. In the center, within a rhombus, appears a floral embroidery, surrounding the verses: "Savari Maranan…". Pairs of flowers and birds are embroidered all around, as well as the inscription "Raban Gamliel Haya Omer…".
Length: 67 cm, width: 96 cm. Good condition.

The back part of the cap is decorated in floral patterns embroidered with silvered metal threads of different kinds, combined with minute metal discs (sequins) and small metal beads. A long decorative silk ribbon tied in a "butterfly bow" and two cotton ribbons for fastening the cap are sewn onto the bottom of the back side.
Approx. 15X15 cm. Good condition. Some stains and wear.

Large plate depicting Joseph facing Pharaoh and his entourage and interpreting Pharaoh's dream. Decorations in vegetal and geometric motifs, a snake, tress with flowers and a detailed depiction of Pharaoh seated on his throne. At the bottom is an engraved Hebrew inscription reading: "Joseph Pharaoh Dream". Suspension loop.

Cast brass, inlaid with silver and copper (damascene work).
Oval tray. In the center are decorations in vegetal and geometric motifs, surrounded by circles of different decorations: a circle with the names of the months (according to the Gregorian calendar); a circle with bird and Star-of-David decorations; and a circle with illustrations of the twelve signs of the zodiac, the names of the Hebrew months and the names of the signs. On the margins are tendril and pomegranate decorations.
Length: 49 cm, width: 70 cm. Good condition. Slight defects. Remains of suspension loop on the back of the tray.
