Bent and sawn tin; glass.
1. Small rectangular lamp with carrying handle, container and wick. Height: 12 cm, length: 6-7 cm. Fair condition. Rust.
2. Lamp shaped as a cone on a round oil vessel, with wick. Height: 32 cm, max. diameter: 17 cm. Fair condition. Rust.
The oil lamps were purchased from Old Yishuv Court Museum tens of years ago and according to the museum's records they were in the possession of the Jerusalemite family of Yoel Moshe Salomon.

Sabbath lamp and two goblets, made of silver. Iraq or Afghanistan, [first half of 20th century].
1. Sabbath lamp, designed as a tray with a rod for holding, decorated with vegetal patterns and a Star of David at the top with engraved inscription: "Ner Shabbat". Oil vessels, with pinched rims, are at the tips of two arms. Two removable bases, sawn in the shape of a Star of David, with space for wicks in the center, are placed within oil- dripping bowls.
Height: 13 cm, length: 7 cm, width: 13 cm.
2-3. Two goblets with pinched rims and holding handles connecting them to the round base plate, are positioned on top of a rod soldered to the center of the base plate.
Height: 6 cm, max. diameter: 9-9.5 cm.

Passover Seder plate. [Jerusalem, 1920s].
Printed silk; cotton; metal.
Four round plates connected by stems with legs. On the upper plate - a printed silk fabric (Solomon printing press, Jerusalem) with verses and decorations about Passover and the Holy Places. A piece of fabric surrounds the plate and covers the upper fabric and the plate, ending with a decorative ribbon made of golden metal-threads. This special plate was presented as a gift for donors to Colel Shomre Hachomoth in Jerusalem.
Height: 17 cm, max. diameter: 39 cm. Good-fair condition. Some corrosion and bends to metal. Tears and stains to fabric.
Exhibition: Jodendom, een boek vol verhalen, by Edward van Voolen. Nieuwe Kerk, Amsterdam, 2011, item 52.

The embroidered tapestry is decorated with images of holy sites in Jerusalem and is inscribed accordingly: "Mount of Olives / Hulda the Prophet / Beit Hachofshit / Zachariah the Prophet / Tomb of Absalom / Midrash Shlomo / Western Wall / Mekom Mikdash". The year in which the tapestry was created is noted: 1904.
Approx. 60X46 cm. Good condition. Framed. Unexamined out of frame.

Embroidery on velvet and on fabric; print on fabric.
Most bags are embroidered with vegetal patterns with the Western Wall embroidered in the center. The inscription "Mazkeret Yerushalem / Kotel Ma'aravi" is also embroidered. Several bags are decorated with embroidery of Menorahs, a crown, lions, birds, initials or a Star of David with "Zion" in its center. One printed bag. Three of the bags contain Tzitzith.
Size and condition vary. 14X22 cm to 27X35 cm. Good-fair condition. Tears, unraveling and wear.

Purple velvet on cardboard; golden thread embroidery.
Shield shaped bag, on one side an inscription:"Aharon", on the other side: "Uziel", with a geometric and vegetal decoration. The bag has braided laces. Length: 22 cm, width: 13.5-16 cm. Fair-good condition. Some unraveled threads. Attachment of the two sides of the bag are unraveled.
2. Embroidered dedication plaque. North Africa (Morocco), [early 20th century].
Silk on cardboard; golden thread embroidery.
The plaque bears the inscription: "dedicated by Esther Ben Yizri Shalom in memory of her father David Cohen" (Hebrew). Length: 20 cm, width: 12.5 cm. Fair-good condition. Some letters are not completely embroidered. Wear and slight tears.
