Fabric bags for Tefillin. [Eretz Israel, 20th century].
Embroidery and printing on fabric.
1. IDF bag, olive-green color. Printed on the bag: "VeHayu LeOt al Yadecha Uletotafot Bein Einecha / HaRabanut Harashit" and IDF emblem. 16X18 cm. Good condition.
2. Blue bag, with two embroidered Stars of David, State of Israel emblem and the Tower of David, and the words "Mazkeret Yerushalem". 16.5X26.5 cm. Fair condition. Tears, unraveling and wear.
3. Bag with colorful printing of a Star of David, Menorah and vegetal decorations, with a printed inscription: "Mazkeret Yerushalayim" / Menorat Hakodesh / Medinat Israel / Lichvod Chatan Bar Hamitzva". Bag is adorned with a silver ribbon. 27X29.5 cm. Fair condition. Tears, stains, unraveling and wear.
