Two letters by Rabbi Ya'akov Sender Greenberg, one with a detailed description of the last illness of the Slonim Rebbe Yissachar Leib Weinberg in 1928. The second letter is from 1935 during the time he served as Rabbi of Rosh.
Rabbi Ya'akov Sender Greenberg (murdered in the Holocaust during the summer of 1942), a Slonim" Chassid" who studied in Lithuanian "yeshivot" in Slonim and Radin, served as Rabbi of Rosh (near Volkavisk), as teacher in the" Beit Yisrael Yeshiva" in Stolin, and Rabbi of Maytchet. He had responsa correspondence with the leading rabbis of his generation, Rabbi Chaim Ozer etc. His book "Kochav MiYa'akov" on the laws of divorce was printed in Warsaw in 1938. See attached material.

A long letter handwritten and signed by Rebbe Avraham Moshe Kalish of Falenitz, Warsaw, 1935. In a letter sent to Tiberias to Rabbi Moshe Shmelke, he thanks him for "Delivering the notes to the gravesite of the Holy Rebbe [his father Rebbe Simcha Bunim of Otvosk, who is buried in Tiberias], and G-d should help that he will request that G-d grant them and all the People of Israel good and speedy salvation in all matters in his merit".
Rabbi Avraham Moshe Kalish (died 1938), son of Rebbe Simcha Bunim of Vorka-Otvosk, after his father traveled to Eretz Yisrael in 1906, served as Rebbe in Vorka,
Falenitz, Otvosk and Warsaw.

Letter by Rebbe Rabbi Ya’akov David of Amshinov. Amshinov, 7 Tishrei 5699 [1938].
Lengthy letter signed in his holy handwriting and stamp. Written to his "Chassidim" in Eretz-Israel approximately a year prior to Nazi invasion of Poland. "Shana Tova" greetings and words of support and encouragement for the situation of the Jewish nation: “The fierce waters have not yet subsided, the lives of our brethren are hanging on a thread, may G-d have mercy on the Jewish people… do not despair or give up, G-d forbid, since the fury will abate and we will survive…”.
The holy Rebbe (the second) Rabbi Ya’akov David Kalish of Amshinov (1906-1942, Encyclopaedia of Hassidism II, pp. 263-264) son of Rebbe Rabbi Yosef Kalish of Amshinov. Son-in-law of granddaughter of Rebbe author of the "Imrei Emet" of Ger who he greatly favored. Was known as an exalted genius in Torah and at a young age was already appointed as "Av Beit Din" of Żyrardów adjacent to Warsaw. In 1936 his father passed away and the Amshinov "Chassidim" appointed him as succeeding rebbe, however the Żyrardów community was not willing to give him up and therefore served simultaneously as rabbi in their city and as rebbe in Amshinov. Upon the outbreak of World War II was forced to hide and for close to two years found shelter in various places in Warsaw until he became ill and passed away in one of the places of refuge. His wife and four children were murdered in the Holocaust.

The Rebbe Rabbi Yerachmiel Yehuda Meir Kalish (1901-1976) of Amshinov. Son of Rabbi Shimon Shalom of Amshinov. Miraculously survived the Holocaust and immigrated to Eretz- Israel in 1954. Possessed a great love for the Jewish people, was extremely humble and served the Almighty with his whole heart. Following his immigration to the Holy Land established the "Amshinov Yeshiva" in Jerusalem. Son of his daughter is the Rebbe Rabbi Ya’akov Milikowsky, the Amshinov Rebbe.

Rabbi Avraham Ya’akov Friedman, Sadigura Rebbe, Vienna-Tel Aviv, great grandson of Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin. Born in 1884 to his father Rabbi Yisrael, son of Rabbi Avraham Ya’akov of Sadigura, son of Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin. Son-in-law of Rabbi Yitzhak Meir of Kopitshnitz. In 1907, he became a Rebbe and was one of the founders of "Agudat Israel" and an active member of the "Va’ad HaPo’el" and "Mo’etzet Gedolei HaTorah". The letter is concerning the redemption of Torah scrolls and holy objects from the estate of Ruzhin rebbes and attaining a permit to bring them from Romania to Eretz -Yisrael.
The Rebbe of Buhuşi-Shpikov, Rabbi Yitzchak Friedman (1903-1992), son of Rebbe Shalom Yosef of Shpikov and son-in-law of his uncle Rebbe Menachem Mendel of Buhuşi. From 1930, he served as Rebbe of Buhuşi and was one of the most esteemed figures among Romanian Jewry. After the Holocaust, he immigrated in 1951 and established his "beit midrash" in Tel Aviv and Bnei Brak.

A short while prior to the Holocaust began serving as rabbi and rebbe of Dubiecko and perished approximately in the year 1943. His brother-in-law was Rebbe Rabbi Chaim Ya’akov Safrin of Komarna.
