Letter by Rebbe Rabbi Yerachmiel Yehuda Meir of Amshinov concerning his "Yeshiva" in Jerusalem.
18 lines in his holy handwriting and signature: “Yerachmiel Yehuda Meir Kalish”.
The Rebbe Rabbi Yerachmiel Yehuda Meir Kalish (1901-1976) of Amshinov. Son of Rabbi Shimon Shalom of Amshinov. Miraculously survived the Holocaust and immigrated to Eretz- Israel in 1954. Possessed a great love for the Jewish people, was extremely humble and served the Almighty with his whole heart. Following his immigration to the Holy Land established the "Amshinov Yeshiva" in Jerusalem. Son of his daughter is the Rebbe Rabbi Ya’akov Milikowsky, the Amshinov Rebbe.
