Tears, including open tear to title page, affecting top of title frame, and large open tears to two other leaves, affecting text in many places (about a third of leaf 5, and about half of leaf 8, are missing). Worming, affecting text. Several leaves loose and detached. Original parchment binding, somewhat loose. Damage and worming to binding.
