120, [6] leaves. 29 cm. Fair-good condition. Stains, including dampstains. Wear, small tears and open tears, affecting title frame and text (small open tear across many leaves). Worming. Verso of title page repaired with paper. Loose and partially detached leaves and gatherings. Early leather binding, damaged.


Does not contain last 10 leaves with Perek Shirah, which do not appear in all copies.
