Two medals for the weddings of Jewish couples. Germany, 19th century. 1. Medal commemorating a wedding [?] or silver-wedding of a Jewish couple. Obverse: two hands holding a fruit basket, above it a Magen David. Inscription: "Felix nos Tenet Capula" and "F.z.G". Reverse: "Saecularfeier Magdeburg", 23 February, 1861. Diameter: 40 mm. 2. Medal commemorating the wedding of Lina Jaffe and Jacob Alexander. Berlin, 1882. Inscription in Hebrew: "Mazal Tov". Diameter: 30 mm.
