Two medals commemorating weddings of Jewish couples. Germany, 19th cent. On both medals appear decorations of a Huppah (wedding canopy), verses in Hebrew and a German text. 1. Medal minted on the occasion of Clara Weiskopf and Moses Schnerb wedding. Frankfurt am Main, 1896. Diameter: 33 mm. 2. Medal minted on the occasion of Sigmund (Shimshon) Rosenbaum and Dora Hamburger (Tirza) wedding. Frankfurt am Main, 1898. Diameter: 39 mm.
