Rebbe Moshe David Teitelbaum (1855-1935), grandson and close disciple of the Yitav Lev of Sighet. Published the works of his ancestors, the Yismach Moshe and the Yitav Lev. Served as rabbi of Laposch (Tîrgu Lăpuş, present day: Romania) from 1882, settling in his final years in the United States, where he served as rebbe of Volova.
R. Moshe Aryeh Freund (1904-1996), close disciple of Rebbe Yoel Teitelbaum of Satmar. Served as dayan and posek in Satmar, and as rabbi of Năsăud from 1938. After the Holocaust, he immigrated to Jerusalem, where he later succeeded the Minchat Yitzchak as head of the Edah HaCharedit. He earned the reputation of a wonder-worker, and many flocked to receive his blessings.
