Rabbi Ya'akov Yitzchak Horowitz (1840-1900) served as Av-Beit-Din in Radomishle. After the death of his father-in-law Rabbi Yoseph Yoske Westreich in 1883 he succeeded him as the Rabbi of Kantshina, Galicia. His father-in-law came from the family of Rabbi Tzvi Elimelech of Dinov and Rabbi Elimelech of Lizensk.
[3], (instead of [4]), 190 leaves, 20.5 cm. Fair condition. Stains. Thin paper, worn out mainly in margins. First title-page is missing, second title-page is detached. Not bound.
