Responsa by Rabbi Moshe Bar Nachman. Venice, [1519]. Collection of responsa by Rabbi Shlomo Ben Aderet [Rashba], mistakenly attributed to the Ramban. 288 responses.
In the introduction, on the other side of the title page, the proofreader writes: “So that the truth should not be hidden… I must inform… that the responses which are referred to are attributed to… Rabbi Moshe Bar Nachman. Indeed, many others have planted their sayings throughout the writing such as Rabbi Shlomo Ben Aderet and his associates who have absorbed his Torah knowledge…”.
The attribution of the book to the Ramban, was due to a commentary in chapter 284, in which it is specified that this is the response of the Ramban to Rabbeinu Yona, while the remainder of the responses are by Rabbi Shlomo Ben Aderet. (See the sayings of Rabbi Yosef Karo in the introduction to his book Beit Yosef: “I have come across a number of responses of Rabbi Shlomo Ben Aderet written in print with a metal pen and lead, and as a preface it is written that they are the responses of the Ramban”). Nowadays, it is customary to refer to them as Rabbi Shlomo Ben Aderet Responsum attributed to the Ramban.
