The Association of Jewish Officers in Palestine was founded in Tel Aviv during the 1930s by Jewish officers, veterans of the Jewish Legion and various armies during World War I.
The badge is dated 1936 (unlike other undated versions of the badge).

A rare pin with the emblem of the S.H.D (Transportation and Fuel Service) Unit. [Israel, 1947 or 1948].
Pin with the emblem of the S.H.D Unit, the transportation unit of the Haganah organization in Jerusalem, which operated during the late British Mandate period and at the beginning of the 1948 War. The unit was responsible for the operation and maintenance of the vehicles in the Jerusalem district; after the establishment of the IDF, it was attached to the Etzioni Brigade.
Two parts (different metals): a steering wheel-shaped base under a silver-colored sword.
