Obverse: shepherd in a field surrounded by the Latin inscription "Non Dormit Nec Dormiet" [neither sleeps nor slumbers]. Reverse: Flock of sheep surrounding the coat of arms of Utrecht. The picture is surrounded by the Latin legend "Qui Custodit Israel" [He who keeps Israel].
Diameter: 29 mm. Reverse rotated about 90 degrees.

This medal is one of a series of medals featuring portraits of personalities from the House of Hapsburg (one of the most important European royal houses). The medals were known as "Judenmedaille" on the assumption that they were produced by Jewish medalists in Prague. See Friedenberg, p. 94.

Obverse: portrait of Martin Luther, surrounded by the legend "MartInVs LVutherVs theoLogIae DoCtor" (the enlarged letters spell the year 1717 in Roman numerals). Beneath is the legend "Verbum Domini Manet in Aeternum" [Latin – the word of the Lord endures forever]. Reverse: a figure kneeling at an altar on which there is an open book; above there is a sun with the Tetragrammaton. The picture is surrounded by the verse "Si Non Dixerint Iuxta Verbum Hoc Non Erit Eis Matutina Lux" [Latin – If anyone does not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn. Isaiah 8:20]. Beneath is the legend "In memor. Iubil Sec. Luther" [in memory of Luther’s Jubilee].

Obverse: portrait of King David and the Hebrew legend "David Son of Jesse King of Israel". Signed – "Barre". Reverse: David's harp and the Hebrew legend "I will incline my ear to a proverb; I will solve my riddle to the music of the lyre, 5587" (Psalm 49). On the edge of the medal is the legend "David Paris 1827". Diameter: 34 mm.
2. Medal with a portrait of Aaron the priest. [Paris 1827].
Obverse: portrait of Aaron wearing a breastplate and the Hebrew legend "Aaron the High Priest". Signed – "Barre". Reverse: the Ark of the Covenant and the cherubim. 1. Bronze medal commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Israelit Vorschuss Insittut – institution for providing loans to Jews in Hamburg. Hamburg, 1841.
Obverse: honeycomb (the institution's emblem). Reverse: the legend "Zum 25 Jähr Jubiläum 1841" [25th anniversary, 1841]. On both sides of the medal are Biblical verses whose subject is lending to and assisting the needy.
Diameter: 45 mm.
2. Bronze medal commemorating the founding of Lodge XX, No. 372 of the "Bnei Brit" organization in Frankfurt. Frankfurt, 1902. Made by Heinrich Oppenheim.
Obverse: building façade (apparently the building of the "Bnei Brit" lodge). 1. Plaque in honor of the 70th birthday of the German chemist Georg Lunge (1839-1923). Obverse: relief portrait of Lunge with his name. Reverse: relief of Lunge working in his laboratory, with the German dedication – "In honor of his 70th birthday, 15 September 1909". Both sides are signed "Hans Frei". 70X52 mm.
2. Plaque in honor of the German doctor Ludwig Lichtheim (1845-1928), presumably for his 60th birthday. Obverse: relief portrait of Lichtheim, his name and a further inscription. Reverse: flowering branch with a ribbon. Signed "C. Garre, 1905". Approx. 104X72 mm. Corroded.
3. Plaque in honor of the German ophthalmologist Julius Hirschberg (1843-1925). Obverse: Relief portrait of Hirschberg with the Latin dedication "Julio Hirschberg / Amici Collegae Discipuli". Signed -"E.H. 1913". Reverse: allegorical relief, signed "E. Herter… 1913". 80X60 mm.

Three medals and a pin - Jewish National Fund and Keren Hayesod.
1. JNF medal. Signed: "Roukhomovsky, Paris".
Obverse: a menorah surmounted by a Star of David. Beneath it is the Hebrew legend "Jewish National Fund", grain stalks and grape clusters. Reverse: a boy dropping a coin into a JNF box, with a map of Palestine in the background, marked with places of Jewish settlements. On the right edge is the Hebrew legend: "You shall grant a redemption of the land". Diameter: 28 mm.
2. JNF medal.
Obverse: woman carrying a basket on her head and the legend (in Hebrew) "Jewish National Fund". Reverse: youth seated beneath a tree and playing a flute. Diameter: 25 mm. Suspension loop.
3. Medal with calendar for 1937. Issued by the Keren Hayesod lodge in Vienna. [Austria, 1936-1937].
Obverse: figure of a laborer lifting steel beams, tables of months and names of Jewish holidays, in Hebrew: "Shavuot", "Pesach", "Yom Kippur" and "Rosh Hashana". Reverse: tables of months, the Hebrew legend "Keren Hayesod 5697-5698" and decorations showing a menorah, wheat, olive, grapevine and pomegranate. Diameter: 40 mm.
4. JNF pin, designed by Meir Gur-Arie. [1929]
At the bottom is the legend "JNF" (in Hebrew) and above it a rising sun (inside the sun is the year "5689" in Hebrew letters). On the left - a farmer sowing, on the right is the Hebrew legend "In memory of the visit to Palestine". Diameter: 23 mm. Clasp missing.

Four metal medals awarded in Betar sports competitions. [Presumably in China, 1935-1937].
Engraved on three medals, in Cyrillic letters, is the legend "Бетар" [Betar], the type of sport of the competition or the competing teams, a Hebrew letter and the year in which the competition took place: "Volleyball, "B", 1936"; "'A' Triatlon, 1937"; "'C against B, 1937". Engraved on the fourth medal: " Б.Т., VIII 1935 XII, K. III C., COP"ב.
Approx. 3.5X2 – 4X2.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Scratches.

Metal with enamel inlay.
Pin in the shape of a Star of David. Images of a book, wheat and a sickle appear in the center with an inscription at the bottom: "Beit Aliyat HaNo'ar Slevino".
The Children's home in the Italian town of Selvino was active between the years 1945-1948 and housed about 800 Jewish children, holocaust survivors. The children studied what they had missed in school as well as various crafts which prepared them for their arrival in Palestine. Some of the Selvino children made Aliya in 1946 while others came after the establishment of Israel and were received in various Kibbutzim.

18 pins, wing pins and badges of an air gunner who served in the 69 squadron – the "hammers Squadron", which was established during the War of Independence and was the third squadron of the Israeli Air Force, and in the 109 squadron – the "Valley Squadron", which was established in 1951.
Among the items: a pin with the emblem of the "Hammers squadron", an early pin (first?) of the 109 squadron, three fabric-patches, wing pins of a machine gunner, "jump wings", a badge of the Israeli Air Force (for a hat), seven campaign medals (the earliest is that of the War of Independence), and additional items.
