The author, Rebbe Yitzchak Eizik Yehuda Yechiel Safrin Rabbi of Zidichov and Komarno (1806-1874), a G-dly kabbalist and leading transmitter of the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov. His books, in particular the Heichal HaBerachah commentary, are considered classic Chassidic works cherished by prominent Chassidic leaders.

Wear and tears, including several minor open tears. Large marginal open tears to title page, affecting border, repaired with paper, with photocopy replacement of lacking border. Large tear to leaf 39, slightly affecting text, repaired in part with paper. Stamps (with ink stains from stamps), handwritten inscriptions. New binding.
