The author, Rebbe Yitzchak Eizik Yehuda Yechiel Safrin Rabbi of Zidichov and Komarno (1806-1874), a G-dly kabbalist and leading transmitter of the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov. His books, in particular the Heichal HaBerachah commentary, are considered classic Chassidic works cherished by prominent Chassidic leaders. Open tears to title page of Zera'im vol., repaired with paper. Minor damage to title page border of Mo'ed vol., due to binding. Several places reinforced with paper. Minor worming to several leaves. Margins trimmed, with damage to text in several places. Stamps and handwritten inscriptions. New bindings.
