Copy in fine handwriting, of good manners, composed by the scholar Peretz Ber (1758-1838). The manners were printed in his book "Toldot Israel" (Prague, 1796).
Amongst the manners: "do not be the first to choose a nice portion from the bowl", the knife, fork and spoon hold properly in your hand", "watch for dogs and cats and do not provoke them, do not play with them and do not hurt them", "even when you feel that it is warm and you perspire, do not undress", etc. The first words of each rule are emphasized in size and color.
