35 photos of Eretz Israel are mounted on the album leaves, mainly of Jerusalem and Jaffa. Photos by the French photographer Félix Bonfils (1831-1885), titled in the plates in French and in English. Among the photographed sites: Western Wall, Church of the Sepulcher, Tower in Ramla, Omar Mosque and more. The album is bound in a fine olive wood binding, with an embossed Jerusalem Cross and the inscription "Jerusalem" and "Yerushalem" (in Hebrew).
