Long scholarly glosses in Ashkenazi handwriting from the 1700s, by an unidentified writer who comments on the author and adds his own explanations ["and in my opinion, it is not similar…", "It is not understood from his words…", "In my lowly opinion, the Maharsha's question can be answered…"It is not so similar…"].
[3], 75, [2] leaves. 30 cm. Good condition, stains. Minor wear and a few tears, few moth marks. Major moth damage to binding. In several places, margins are cut with slight damage to glosses.
