Ink and paint on thick paper.
On the upper part "Shiviti Hashem…" in golden letters with a Star of David with Tablets of the Law in its center. Psalms 67, in large square characters appears under the a Star of David. See similar sheet documented in "BeEretz Gizat HaZahav, the History of Georgian Jews and their Culture" (editors: Rachel Arbel and Lily Magal. Beit Hatefutsot, Tel-Aviv,1992), plate no. 152, of the Tiblisi synagogue,established by Jews of Akhaltsikhe.
