Rebbe Benzion Halberstam, the Kedushat Tzion (1874-1941, perished in the Holocaust), a prominent rebbe in his times and leader of West Galician Jewry. Son and successor of Rebbe Shlomo (the first) of Bobov. After WWI, he rebuilt the Galician Torah world, establishing the large network of Etz Chaim yeshivot.

His son, Rebbe Shlomo Halberstam (the second) of Bobov (1907-2000), a prominent rebbe in recent times. After miraculously surviving the Holocaust, he reached the United States where he re-established the Bobov Chassidut, founding communities, yeshivot and Torah institutions in the United States and worldwide.
