Rabbi Shalom ben Rabbi Yossef (1849-1944) was born in Yemen. He was considered of the greatest kabalists, was the Av Beit Din after the passing of Rabbi Shalom Araki, and the leader of the Yemenite community in Jerusalem. He authored Sefer Dover Shalom (otzar 18125).
