[The front page says: “Second printing with additions”. In actual fact the book was not reprinted, but pages [1-8] with dedications, thank-you letters and additions were added to the original printer’s sheets].
The page before the front page has a dedication in German to Rabbi Y. Una of Mannheim, handwritten and signed by the author.
Rabbi Avraham Ever Hirshovitz (1840-1925), born in Lithuania, was ordained by the greatest Rabbis. From 1894 he served as a Rabbi in America. He came to live in Israel in 1922.
