Several inscriptions on the title page (some cropped), including: "This book was allocated to me from the estate of the one who I inherited from, Moshe son of R. Yaakov of Heizfeld (Heidingsfeld)".
The book contains many glosses in early Ashkenazic script (from around the time of the printing), including additions and explanations to the entries in the book. Additional glosses in later hand.
