Sceintific and Halachic study of Eretz Israel. Jerusalem, 1845. [8], 70, [6] leaves (leaf no. 4 missing); [2], 156, [3] leaves; 54 leaves. (Five title pages). 15 cm. Good condition. Cardboard binding with leather spine. Ex-Libris of David Yellin. Ancient ownership inscriptions in Sephardic and Ashkenazic handwriting.

Pri Tevu'a, Pardess, Teshuvot, Beurim Veinyanim… Corrections and additions to Sefer Tevu'ot HaAretz published in 1845. [7], 247, [1] leaves. 15 cm. Good condition. Tears at the corners of some leaves.

The Kabbalist researcher, Gaon Rabbi Yehossef Schwarz, of the first researchers of Eretz Israel in modern times; was born in Germany in 1804, arrived in Jerusalem in 1833 and died in 1865. His books are still a foundation stone for discussions regarding the country's matters, in the biblical-halachic fields of study as well as in the scientific-historical research of Eretz Israel.
