10. "School in a Polish Village" (Iskola lengyel faluban), antisemitic Hungarian postcard, with an illustration depicting Jewish students as animals with tails. Published by E.S.W. (mailed in 1902.)
Four postcards have undivided backs.

Postcards depict the synagogues in Novogrudok, Kelmė and Skaudvilė (Lithuania); Groß-Gerau, Fellheim, Kaiserslautern, Neunkirchen and Frankfurt (Germany); Niederbronn (Elsass; then part of Germany); Volodymyr (Volodymyr-Volynskyi) in Russia (today, part of Ukraine); Tomsk (Siberia, Russia); Košice (Slovakia); and Bistrița (Romania). Some of the postcards specifically depict the local synagogue, and in others the synagogue is seen as part of a general view of the city. Four of the postcards are undivided.

The orphanage of Agudat Israel in Baden was inaugurated in 1921. The children under its care were orphaned during World War I, and the pogroms that ensued in Eastern Europe. The postcards depict: • "The Orphanage Building". • "The Classroom". • "The Schoolyard". • "Pogrom Orphans". Postcards captioned in Hebrew and German.

The lot comprises 58 postcards, including:
• Postcards sent to the deaconess Elisabeth Schubert, with short handwritten letters (German): postcards sent to the German colony in Haifa, from Safed, Beirut, Haifa, and Jerusalem; postcards sent to Rome, a postcard sent from Haifa to Safed, and more (ca. 1910-1915.) • Postcards sent by Elisabth Schubert in the German colony in Haifa, to family members in Siegen in Westfalen (1910-1913). • Postcard sent from Safed to the deaconess Pauline Bartholomäi in the German colony in Haifa. • Three postcards sent to Thea Beel, by a reserve soldier in the height of World War I – two field postcards, and one German Red Cross postcard (1915-1916). • Real-photo postcard – a group of nuns in Strasbourg. 1-2. Two "Souvenir de Jerusalem" postcards. One depicts the Dome of the Rock, Bethlehem, and the Church of the Nativity; the other depicts the Dome of the Rock and local figures. Frankfurt: Frey & Kirsch. Both postcards were mailed, and bear cancelation stamps of the Austrian post office in Jerusalem, dated 31.10.1898.
3. Postcard showing a panoramic view of Jerusalem, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and a group of Bedouins. Leipzig: H. Weickert & Enke (within illustration: "Fr. Vester, Jerusalem"). The postcard was mailed, and bears a postmark dated 17.11.98, and an inked stamp of Kaiser Wilhelm the II's imperial camp in Jerusalem ("Camp Imperial").

All postcards (excluding one) were not used.
