1. "The Yemen Campaign [is] the path to the Palestine Campaign," a sign by the Egyptian army "Unit for Maintenance of Morale" [painted on wood, 1967?]. Probably produced during the Six Day War. During the 1960s the Egyptians fought in the Civil War in Yemen on the side of the rebels, against the monarchy. "The Unit for Maintenance of Morale " assumed that the success in Yemen will be repeated in the war against Israel. Some holes and cracks, missing two corners, moisture marks.
2. Reading and writing study booklet, on the cover a colorful illustration of an Egyptian soldier treading on an Israeli flag, and Israelis drowning in the sea. Black and white illustrations. Good condition.
