An official document stating that the civil and military administrations have to grant the Jew Hirsch Levi permission to travel with no restriction and if necessary grant him sponsorship. On the first page appears a description of the Jew. In the following pages appear numerous signatures and ink-stamps most of them of police-stations. [10] pp, 34 cm. Fair condition.
