Six postcards from fairs and exhibitions held in Saint Louis and London, mostly documenting the Palestine pavilions and exhibits. [1904-1924].
1-2. Two undivided souvenir postcards from the International Fair held in Saint Louis in 1904: · Photographic postcard depicting a full-size model of the Old City of Jerusalem which was built for the fair (published by E.C. Kropp, Milwaukee). · Photographic postcard depicting Mount Zion by the photography department of the American Colony in Jerusalem.
3-4. "Palestine in London", two souvenir postcards from the Palestine Exhibition held in the Royal Agricultural hall in Islington, London, in 1907. Photographic postcards, depicting two models displayed in the exhibition – "The Tabernacle Interior" and the "Jerusalem Market Place".
5-6. Two postcards depicting the Palestine pavilion erected in the British Empire Exhibition which took place in Wembley, London, 1924: one postcard published by Heelway Press (Holborn, London, 1924) and one published by Raphael Tuck & Sons.
14X8 cm to 14X9 cm. Good overall condition. Stains, creases and minor blemishes. Three postcards were mailed.
