Shiviti, large leaf, printed lithograph with three drawings of a menorah, the Brich Sheme prayer, and more. Signed at the bottom (Hebrew): “by Moshe ben Yitzchak Mizrahi, resident of the holy city of Jerusalem” and dated - 1926. The artist, Moshe son of Yitzchak Mizrahi (Shah), was born before 1870 in Tehran, immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1890 and changed his name to Mizrahi. He settled in Jerusalem and opened a workshop for frames and mirrors in the spice market of the Old City. He died in the 1930s. Mizrachi was known for the “Mizrach” and “Shiviti” pictures he created.
