Printed on reverse side of leaf:"Halberstam - Ramla" [recipient is Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Lifshitz-Halberstam the Rebbe of Stropkov (1908-1995), who immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1949 and settled in Ramla, where he established his Beit Midrash. In 1953 he moved to Jerusalem and founded the Batei Midrash of the Stropkov Hassidism].
