Rabbi Yehuda Klatz the First (Otzar HaRabbanim 6974), was born c. 1550 in Spain. In 1586, he arrived at Talmasan Algeria where he was appointed Dayan and held an important position. This book was first published (in Constantinople, 1637), by his relative Rabbi Moshe Klatz, who was one of the Mekubalim in Safed, and Rabbi Moshe added glosses according to the secrets (sod) of the Torah and according to the Zohar.
140 leaves. 18.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains. Wear to edges of the first and last leaves. Erased ownership inscriptions on title page and ownership inscriptions on empty last page. Library stamp. New leather binding.
