Sheet margins contain erudite glosses [some lengthy], in fine tiny handwriting of Rabbi Yerucham Fishel Perlau. Stamps of his name in foreign language: "Juda perla - warschau" [his complete name was Rabbi Yehuda Yerucham Fishel].
The Ga'on Rabbi Yerucham Fishel Perlau of Warsaw (1846-1934), genius and proficient Torah scholar, among the notable geniuses of Poland and who immigrated to Jerusalem towards the end of his life. Giant in Torah and affluent as well; made a living from commerce. Was known for his great work on Sefer HaMitzvot by Rabbi Sa'adia Ga'on.
