71 leaves. 14 cm. Fair-good condition. Stains, including many dampstains and wax stains. Worming to first leaves, slightly affecting title frame. Small tear to one leaf, affecting text. Early binding, with leather spine. Damage to binding.

Rare edition. Recorded in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book from a copy in the Braidense National Library, based on which several more leaves following leaf 71 are recorded ([2], 3-8 leaves, with prayer for the sick, annulation of curses and name changes). These leaves do not appear in the present copy and other copies (the digitized copy on the NLI website includes these leaves from a photocopy).
