A dedication leaf filled in [scribal?] writing and featuring the stamp of the author Rabbi "Chaim Chizkiyahu Medini who resides in Bilohirsk (formerly Karasubazar" is pasted on the verso of the "Divrei Chaim" title page. [The book] was given to "my disciple Yitzchak Pesach son of Rabbi Meir".
His disciple Yitzchak Pesach is the son of Rabbi Meir Pesach, who was close to the "Sdei Chemed" in the town of Bilohirsk (Crimean Peninsula). Both father and son are mentioned on both parts of a "global greeting" which was printed with the "volunteer names" list: "his disciple Yitzchak Pesach son of Rabbi Meir Pesach".
