Regulations of the "Odessa Committee" (full name: "Organization for Supporting Jewish Craftsmen and Farmers in Syria and Palestine"), one of the central committees of "Chovevei Zion" association. In 1890 the Russian Tsar confirmed the activity of this organization for charity purposes only, and it acted to encourage Jews who settled in Eretz Israel to be involved in productive work (mainly agriculture). 16.5 cm, 16 pp. Good condition. Creases, stains, minor tears at borders of leaves. Ink-stamp.
