Some of the glosses are apparently in Rabbi Chizkiyahu Yosef's handwriting and some are in another earlier handwriting [possibly his father's, Rabbi Chaim Aryeh Leib Rottenberg-Mishkovsky, Rabbi of Stavisk (1836-1898), a renowned Lithuanian tzaddik and Torah genius].
