דף עם חמישה שטרות-חוב ("וועקסל") ריקים ללא-מילוי. ירושלים, [דפוס בק?, שנות התר"כ-תר"ל בקירוב, 1850-1860 בקירוב].
דף מודפס עם חמישה שטרות-חוב המיועדים לגזירה ולמילוי בכתב-יד. כל שטר מכיל את גוף השטר ואת הספח שלצדו. בשטר נכתב: "אחרי גמר בירור החשבון נמצא עולה ריוח הקאסע [=הקופה] מחדש ___ העבר ___ פריצענט לכל לירה טורקי... וזה יסלק לו הקאסירער [=הגזבר] ויחזיר לו הנייר למשמרת על העשרה למאה שלו, יום ___ שנת תר"_ לפ"ק פעה"ק ירושלם תובב"א".
