Otto Warburg, Letter printed on type-writer on official stationery of the Executive Committee of the Zionist Organization. Berlin, 1917.
The letter in French was sent from Berlin to Mrs. Hochberg in Zurich in 1917. (At the time Warburg served as third president of the Zionist Organization). Dr. Warburg conveys his condolences to Mrs. Hochberg on the death of her husband, and asks her to take care of the deceased financial matters with the assistance of Mr. Lichtheim in Constantinople. [=Dr. Richard Lichtheim, a member of the Zionist Organization, served on its behalf in Constantinople between 1913 and 1917; editor of "Di Welt" newspaper and author of the book "History of Zionism in Germany"]. Singed in the end with ink stamp of the executive committee of the organization (in French) and hand-signed by Warburg.
