The author, kabbalist R. Uri Feivel of Krisnipoli and Dubienka (d. 1804-1808), was a close disciple of R. Kehat of Werish, disciple of the Baal Shem Tov.

Missing 8 leaves: leaves 31-32 (numbered 42-41 due to misfoliation), 71-72 from the first sequence, and 39-42 from the second sequence (all leaves with handwritten text replacement). 22.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains. Worming. Small open tears to title page, repaired with paper. Old, worn binding, with damage and worming.
