Letter from Rabbi Yossef son of rabbi Liebash to "Rabbi….Yedidya known as Gottlieb Katz". Királi (Hungary), 1820.
The writer, a scholar who served as rabbi in one of the small Hungarian cities, who was not identified by us, sent the letter to Rabbi Yedidya Gottliev Katz of Mór community in Hungary, expressing his expectation to be appointed as rabbi of Mór.
Folded leaf. 24.5cm. Good condition. On back side of cover page: writing, signatures and wax seal.
