Chiddushei Kiddushin L'HaRashba. Constantinople, 1717. Signature and ownership inscriptions of Nikolsburg sages in the 17th/18th centuries: Signature of Rabbi "Gavriel ---" and of Rabbi "Beresh son of Gavriel" [Rabbi Gavriel Eskeles Av Beit Din of Nikolsbug and Moravia from 1709-1718. His son Rabbi Yissachar Berush Eskeles, son-in-law of Sir Rabbi Samson Wertheimer of Vienna, served as Rabbi of Kremsier and Mainz. After the death of his father, he served as Av Beit Din of Nikolsburg and of Moravia and Hungary during 1718-1753. Ownership inscriptions of Rabbi Falk Beck [a prominent Torah scholar, head of the Nikolsburg community during 1790-1800. His recommendation ensued in the appointment of Rabbi Mordechai Bennet to the Nikolsburg rabbinate]. On the second leaf: Signature of Rabbi "Chaim Teltsch", a Nikolsburg sage, son-in-law of Rabbi Mordechai Bennet. 88 leaves, 18 cm. Good-fair condition, wear and stains. New fabric binding.
