The Ga'on Rabbi Ya'akov Yitzchak Neiman (1919-2007), among the eldest rabbis and rabbinical authorities, educated thousands of disciples for approximately seventy years, ever since his appointment as Rosh Yeshiva of the Papa Yeshiva in 1937 by his rabbi, author of Vayaged Ya'akov; after the Holocaust reestablished his home with the daughter of his rabbi, author of Vayaged Ya'akov, and sister of Rabbi Yosef Greenwald, the Rabbi of Papa. As his rabbis, was closely connected to the Belz Rebbes. Led many of the Torah institutes of Beit Papa and Beit Skver.
