4. Seder Ha-Machzor, Vol.1. Sulzbach, [1794]. Lengthy handwritten dedication before the title page: “To my beloved father in law’s Beit Midrash, Rabbi Moshe Grossmann, Frankfurt… from me, the young David Bergmann”.
