Stamp of the Admor Rabbi “Yisrael Moshe son of the holy Rabbi Yechiel Meir of Gostinin Lifshitz”.
Rabbi Yisrael Moshe Lifshitz (c. 1832-1918, Encyclopedia of Hassidism, 2, page 600). Eldest son of the Admor Rabbi Yechiel Meir of Gustinin, accompanied his father on his journeys to Kotzk, Gur and Tshechnov. Upon the death of his father in 1888 he was appointed Admor and settled in the city of Proshkov, where he lead his Hassidic congregation for approximately thirty years.
120 leaves (missing title page and 4 leaves of additions at end of book). 33 cm. Good condition, minor damage and stains. Old binding, unoriginal.
