C. 8 stamps of Rabbi "Shmuel Bornstein Sochatchev Warsaw District" – Rabbi Shmuel Bornstein the Rebbe of Sochatchev, author of Shem MiShmuel, was son of the author of Avnei Nezer. Born in 1857 in Kotzk, in the house of his grandfather The Saraph, Rebbe Mendele. In 1890, he succeeded his father as Rebbe and was one of the leading rebbes of his generation. Died in 1926. Famous for his profound book about Chassidic thought, Shem MiShmuel which was printed in seven parts.
