"We are in agreement… that we should be careful of desecrating the Shabbat in public, and we always took care not to do any labour on the Holy Shabbat, except for crucial needs such as supplying water to the residents… We use a 'Goy Shabbat'… We have to appoint a committee to organize the religious matters…". Signed by Dizengoff, and stamped with the Tel Aviv Municipality stamp. Typewritten with a handwritten correction. Leaf, 21x28cm. Good condition. Creases, small tear.
